Return policy and exchange rights
This return policy explains how product returns and online store returns are processed. Under this policy you may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the delivery date. During this period you can:
- Exchange the item for another product.
- Return the item and receive a refund.
All private customers have the right to use this return policy within 14 days from delivery, provided that the product’s condition and packaging are unchanged. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Return policy conditions
- The item must not be worn or used.
- The item must be undamaged, retain its value and original appearance.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with labels and protective films intact. This does not apply when returning faulty or defective items.

Notice of withdrawal
The customer may withdraw from the purchase by submitting a completed withdrawal form or by sending a written statement confirming the decision to cancel the contract according to the return policy.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items have been received. The seller may withhold the refund until the item is returned. The customer covers direct return shipping costs. Shipments sent with “payment upon delivery” will not be accepted.
If returning a faulty item, include or attach a photo or scan of the shipping cost receipt. These costs will be refunded to the same account used for purchase.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and retain full commercial appearance. Customers must prove compliance with the return policy requirements under the Civil Code.

Items can be returned via LP Express (Ežero g. 3, Kaunas – LIDL) or via Omniva (Raudondvario pl. 284A, Kaunas – MAXIMA).

Returning quality goods
Quality goods are returned following Government Resolution No. 697. Delivery and return costs are not compensated. If the item was not used and retains its original appearance, it may be returned within 14 days according to our return policy.
Returning faulty goods
If the item is faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it or refund the payment. Shipping costs for faulty items are compensated when a receipt is provided.
Product warranty
A 1-year warranty applies to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear, improper use or customer-caused damage.
