Right to Return and Exchange:
Within 14 days from the delivery date, you can:
Exchange the product for another one.
Return the product and get a refund.
All private buyers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that they inform us within this period and the product’s appearance and packaging are unchanged. Personalized products cannot be returned.
Conditions for Product Exchange/Return:
Products returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
The product must not be worn or otherwise used.
The product must be undamaged, retaining its value and original appearance.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with labels (intact labels, protective films not removed, etc.). This does not apply if the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
Notice of Contract Withdrawal:
The consumer informs of contract withdrawal by submitting a duly completed contract withdrawal form, which can be found [here](contract withdrawal form), or by providing a clear statement outlining their decision to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Parcels that are not prepaid and are delivered with payment on delivery will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods:
Returned goods in good condition must be unused, undamaged, retain their consumer properties, and maintain their original appearance.
The burden of proof that the conditions for contract withdrawal, as stipulated in the Civil Code, have been met lies with the buyer.
Product Return Methods:
Products can be returned via LP Express to the terminal located at Ežero g.3, Kaunas (LIDL) or via Omniva parcel terminal at Raudondvario pl. 284A, Kaunas (MAXIMA).
When sending a parcel via parcel terminal, indicate:
Sender: Your Name, phone number, email address.
Recipient: www.soullemoon.com, phone number +370 608 50096, email info@soullemoon.com.
Return of Quality Goods:
Returns of quality goods are carried out according to the procedure established by the Retail Trade Rules, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001. In this case, delivery and return costs are not compensated.
If the item was not used, is not damaged, or has not lost its original appearance, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return of Non-Conforming Goods:
If you return a product due to non-conformance, we commit to replacing the non-conforming product with a conforming one at our own expense or refunding the money paid for the product. This applies when an authorized service confirms that the product is of non-conforming quality due to a manufacturing defect.
Product Warranty:
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply if the product was improperly used, maintained, or damaged due to customer fault.
In accordance with Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller is liable to the consumer for any non-conformity of goods with quality requirements at the time of delivery.
Resolution of Consumer Disputes:
Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, located at Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt. The buyer may submit requests or complaints via the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
