Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing products, using the Soullemoon website and interacting with its services. The Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers who browse or place orders.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding document establishing the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.

1.3. The Buyer may purchase if: (1) they are an adult with full legal capacity; (2) minors aged 14–18 with parental consent; (3) legal entities; (4) authorised representatives.
1.4. By confirming the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer confirms the right to purchase.
1.5. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer clicks “Confirm order”.

4.2. If harmful activity is detected, access may be restricted.
4.4. The Seller delivers goods to the specified address.
5. Ordering, Prices, Payments

5.2. The contract becomes valid when the order is confirmed.
5.3. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.
5.4. Payment methods: credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Paysera, bank transfer.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer must specify an exact address.
6.3. Goods are delivered by a courier.
6.6. The Buyer must report any discrepancies immediately.
7. Product Quality and Warranty
7.1. Product properties are shown in product descriptions.
7.2. Colour or shape differences due to screen settings are not defects.
7.3. Some goods may include a warranty.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Returns follow applicable law.
8.2. A return request must be submitted within 14 days.
8.3. Goods must be unused and undamaged.
9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted data.
9.3. The Seller is not liable if losses occur due to ignoring instructions.
